This is my second ring with Venessa and she worked her magic again!  I had a .5 stone stored away for more than 25 years, nearly forgotten. After Venessa reset my solitaire so exquisitely, I knew I had to let her work on this too.  She suggested setting it with two .4 stones of a higher colour grade.  I was afraid it won’t work as her stones are of good qualities and so sparkly.  She assured me it would be fine and she was right! My experience at Gems Origin and with Venessa was as impeccable as her gems! All the available gems were so gorgeous and it was so difficult to simple choose one, so we ended up purchasing two gems. I'm a very fussy nitpicker and I needed a ring that was showy enough for me to be proud of yet have a timeless enough design that I won't get sick of looking at. Venessa was very patient every step of the bespoke process, from sketches, to taking pictures of how the gems would look like laid together, to telling me what she personally think would work or wouldn't work, and catering to my endless questions and adjustments. If you're looking for efficiency + quality + beauty, Gems Origin is really the go-to place. Also, did I mention they are very cost effective for their quality and workmanship? As 2024 draws close to the end, I would like to take the opportunity to thank everyone whom I have crossed paths with and Im so glad to have met Venessa, Gems Origin this year! Chanced upon Gems Origin from an influencer on IG and was thinking if their pieces were indeed so sparkly or was it just the lighting (haha). So I decided to make an appointment to explore the idea of creating an everyday diamond necklace to fulfill a childhood bucket list. Venessa is friendly, poised and makes the effort to know you as a friend/individual before giving recommendations. The process was an enjoyable one and I ended up creating 2 pieces - a necklace and a bracelet. Fast forward to the day of collection, the 2 pieces exceeded my expectations because they were indeed super sparkly without the main stones/gems losing their charm. Credit goes to Venessa as she holds high standards to her craft and in midst of the creation of the pieces, she felt that the pendant could be crafted better and she requested for her craftsman to refine and improve certain parts. Had such a lovely experience working with Damala, Joanne and Venessa! The team carefully curated the grey spinel to match the pink spinel for me, and Damala created several mock ups for my choosing.
