The Design Process
Step 1: The Private Consultation
Your commission begins privately — with a conversation, not a showcase. We listen first. We want to understand the moment you are marking, the feeling you are seeking, and the story that only you could tell.
Step 2: Select Your Gemstone
Venessa will curate a selection of natural diamonds and gemstones specifically for your brief. Each stone is GIA certified and personally evaluated. We present only stones we believe in — and we explain exactly why
Step 3: Design & Sketch
Our team works with you to design around your chosen stone. We sketch, refine, and adjust — together — until every proportion, setting, and detail feels exactly right. Nothing is finalised until you are certain.
STEP 4: Handcrafted by Our Artisans
Your approved design is passed to our master artisans, who handcraft your piece with patience and precision. The crafting process takes 6 to 8 weeks. During this time, we keep you informed.
STEP 5: the reveal
When your piece is complete, we present it to you privately. This is, for many of our clients, an emotional moment — and we treat it as one.
