Gems Origin is the owner or the licensee of all intellectual property rights in and to the content on the Site, and in the material published on it. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, republish, upload, post, transmit, adapt, download, distribute or howsoever deal with any content or material from the Site in any form or by any means without Gems Origin’s prior written permission, and you are solely responsible for obtaining such permission before dealing with any content or material that is available on the Site.
Links to third party sites
The Site may contain links to third party websites that are not affiliated with or owned, operated, or controlled Gems Origin, including third party payment system providers. You acknowledge and agree that we are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of such third party websites or the companies that own them. By using the Site, you expressly relieve Gems Origin from any and all liability arising from your access and use of any third party website.
Changes to site
Gems Origin may alter, suspend, or discontinue this Site in whole or in part, at any time and for any reason, without notice or cost. Gems Origin may, in our sole discretion, terminate or suspend your use of or access to all or part of the Site for any reason, including without limitation, breach of these Conditions. Any of the material on the Site may be out of date at any given time, and we are under no obligation to update such material.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Gems Origin and hold us and our partners, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising agencies, agents and their employees, officers, directors, and representatives harmless from any claims, losses, and damages, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of your access of, use of and/or participation in this Site, including (i) your access of, use of and/or participation in this Site; (ii) Breaches of your obligations under these T&Cs; (iii) Your violation of any rights of another person or entity; and/or (iv) Your breach of any statutory requirement, duty or law.

Orders & Payments
Please ensure that you have selected the correct item before completing the checkout process. We will not be able to amend orders once they have been confirmed in our online system and Gems Origin will not be held liable in the event that the wrong item is selected. Your order will only be secured and confirmed once we receive your payment.
In order to process your order efficiently, we are unable to make any changes once your order has been confirmed. If we are unable to fulfil/ship your order, a refund will be made to your original mode of payment. Gems Origin reserves the right to accept or decline any and all orders received from or through the Site in our sole and absolute discretion.
We will inform you if we are unable to process your order. This might be because the product is out of stock, because of unexpected limits on our resources for which we could not reasonably plan, because a credit reference we have obtained for you does not meet our minimum requirements, because we have identified an error in the price or description of the product, or because we are unable to meet a delivery deadline you have specified.
Pricing
All prices stated on our website are in Singapore Dollars. All payments have to be made in Singapore Dollars. The prices listed are fixed and non-negotiable. For international customers purchasing from other countries, do note that you will be responsible for any taxes or customs fees incurred during the delivery of your purchase.
Returns & Replacements
We do not accept returns for any of our items purchased. However, we will replace any incorrect or defective items. Do get in touch with us at hi@gemsorigin.com or Whatsapp us at 88831830 within 7 days with a snapshot of the incorrect item or area of defect. If it is past the stipulated time frame of 7 days, we will not proceed with your requests.
Please note that items must be unworn, and unaltered. If the correct item is no longer in-stock, a refund will be issued instead.
Customisation
To proceed with the crafting process, a 40% deposit will have to be collected from you. Gems Origin will collect the remaining 60% upon your collection of your jewellery. Do note that all gems and material remain the property of Gems Origin until full payment is collected.
Termination
We may terminate the order anytime by writing to you if (i) you have not made full payment to us when it is due; (ii) you do not, within 14 days, provide us with information necessary for us to deliver the order to you; (iii) you do not, within 14 days, allow us to deliver the order to you; and/or (iv) you do not make full payment and collect customised orders within 12 months.
If we terminate your order in any of the situation(s) set out above, no refunds of any partial/full payment will be made.
Personal Data
We may collect, use and disclose personal data that you provide to us to deliver your order to you, process your payment for the order, to send you newsletters if you have registered for our mailing list, and other specified purposes.
We reserve the right to amend and update our Privacy Policy whenever we deem fit. All changes to our Privacy Policy will be made here, and your continued use of the Site indicates your consent and assent to the Privacy Policy as posted.
